Please follow the instruction below:>>
- Go to Control Panel
- Point to Regional Options
- In the General tab look for Language settings for the system
- Select Indic from the list.
- Click Ok.
- You have done configuring!
- You might need Windows Xp CD to complete installation.
- Restart.
